Start with one of your own jobs
Bring an example of a typical quote, a proof approval and a repeat order. We trace how the information moves today: who receives it, what gets re-entered, what is missing and where a job waits.
Map your roles and approval rules
You tell us your staff roles, customer contacts, quote approval rules and internal production stages. Together we decide which stages your customers see and which stay internal.
Prepare the records to import
You send customer and contact exports, product descriptions and artwork references. We review them, agree the import scope and field mapping, and list any exceptions before anything is imported.
Set up your portal
We add your logo, colours, currency, time zone and tax label, and switch on the approval checklist, roll specifications and quantity breaks for your shop. Each printer runs its own LabelMojo deployment, with its own database and file storage. We agree your domain and who on your team has admin access.
Rehearse a complete job
Your staff run a sample quote, proof decision, job update, invoice and delivery with test records, including a customer asking for changes to a proof. We check permissions and email notifications as you go.
Roll out to a first group of customers
You choose the first customers to invite, how open jobs move across and who on your team takes support questions. We support that group first, so problems show up before every customer is on the portal.
What determines the timeline?
Timing depends on how many records you bring across and how ready they are, how many customers you invite in the first group, and how many training sessions your team needs.
We agree the scope and milestones before setting a rollout date. The plan names what you supply, what we test and who signs off each stage.
What to bring to the walkthrough
- A recent quote and its label specifications.
- Your current proof approval sheet and common revision requests.
- A list of staff roles and the customer-facing steps you want to simplify.
- The kinds of historical records you want to keep.
- Any accounting, prepress or shipping systems LabelMojo has to work alongside.
Setup payment and subscription start
Setup is typically US$1,500–2,500, fixed in a written quote after we review your records. You pay 50% to schedule the work and 50% after the agreed acceptance checks, before live rollout. Your monthly subscription starts when your live service is available.
Who builds and supports LabelMojo
LabelMojo is built by Firelinkx, a software company based in Georgetown, Guyana, and registered there since 2019. Firelinkx Inc., a Delaware corporation since 2022, works with clients outside Guyana. The same team runs your setup, answers your support requests and takes on custom work for your shop: integrations with your other systems, reports and new modules, each scoped and quoted separately. Timothy Indarsingh founded Firelinkx.
